The fountain of youth

Monday, February 12, 2018

For yoga lovers in south Mumbai, Kaivalyadhama near Chowpatty has been a landmark for some decades now. Many have gained a new dimension to their existence with the beginners, intermediate and advanced course that the institute brings. Director at the institute and yoga instructor Ravi Mohun Dixit informs us that among the many yoga courses Kaivalyadhama is offering in 2018 is a course that helps one retain one’s youthfulness and slows down ageing. Called the Anti-Ageing Workshop it consists of an introductory lecture on February 16 (for an hour and a half) and practical yoga sessions from February 17-24 (from 6.30 am and 6.45 am onwards for the same duration). Dixit emphasises that the course is not just for the elderly but also for youngsters who want to lay a healthy foundation for graceful ageing. Interested in yoga? Call 22818417 or 22886256 for more details.
