Come back to yourself first.” According to the spiritualist, this can be done in some way that is likely to relax us – such as physical exercise, listening to music, prayer, being out in nature or in any other way that helps us regain our sense of tranquillity. We, on our part, certainly have to acknowledge the truth of this technique.
