Pankaj Udhas ‘live’ concert
After a gap of five years, ghazal maestro Pankaj Udhas will perform a live Ghazal concert on January 20 at Kalidas Natyamandir, Mulund West, at 9.00 pm. “The concert would be featuring all his hit 'Ghazals' and 'Nazms' along with his film songs.

Music launch of ‘Yuntum’
The music of 'Yuntum', a romantic Marathi feature film, was recently launched. The film presented by Ravi Jadhav, is scheduled to be released on February 2 all over Maharashtra. 'Yuntum' is a common word used in rural Maharashtra. This year’s 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa' finalist Yogesh Ranmale is making his debut as a playback singer through this film. The film has brought together producer Amol D. Kale ('Dagdi Chawl') and Director Sameer Asha Patil 'Chaurya' once again. The cast has Sayaji Shinde, Bhau Kadam, Vaibhav K, Apurva Shelgaonkar, Aishwarya Patil and Akshay Thorat.

Colourful college-life next journey
The music of Marathi feature film 'Ashi Hi Amchi College Journey 2', based on college life, was recently launched by actor Vijay Kadam and director Deepak Kadam. The film is scheduled to be released on February 2. ABMCM president Meghraj Bhosle, Jt Secretary Vijay Khochikar and other VIPs were present on the occasion. The film  throws light on the delicate love bonds forged during college days which some times survive life long. In keeping with the theme, there are four songs of different genres in the film. Story, screenplay, dialogues-direction is by Abhijit Sathe. Cast includes Supriya Pathare, Harshad Waghmare, Mohini Avsare, Sharad Jori, Pradip, Satish, Shubham Bansode, Somnath Borgave, Mayuri Bhalerao, Supriya Barkade, Adesh Chandode and Rajlaxmi Baswanti

Silver jubilee of play 'Ananya'
The 25th show of superhit Marathi play 'Ananya' was recently held in presence of its writer/director Pratap Phad, producer Rajesh Patil, Sudhir Bhat, Kanchan and others at Dinanath Auditorium in Mumbai. The film depicts a story of an ordinary girl 'Ananya', who possesses the potential to do something extraordinary. The play communicates that nothing is impossible, if there is dedication. Actress Rutuja Bagwe has skill fully essayed the role of 'Ananya', sporting enthusiasm with effective facial expression and accurate dialogue delivery. The cast includes Pramod Pawar, Vishal More, Anagha Bhagre, Ajinkya Nanaware and Siddharth Bodke.

Mahesh Manjrekar as spiritual ‘Baba’
Producer Amol Utekar and director Pradeep Maistry are busy shooting their Marathi film ‘Yetayye Naa Lagnaala’ in Mumbai. Veteran actor Mahesh Manjrekar will be seen in a spiritual ‘Baba’ costume and along with the cast – Siddharth Jadhav, Saurabh Gokhale, Neetha Shetty, Sanskruti Balgude and Rani Agarwal. Naresh Choudhary is the co-producer. The entire shoot of the musical romantic comedy family entertainer film will be completed in February.
