Shivoham Institute of Performing Arts presented one of their senior-most students at a Bharata Natyam recital at the 'Young Dancers Shivali Festival' at Mysore Association Auditorium in Matunga. The performance was noteworthy for its considerable command over technical and expressional dancing.

Krisha Pandit is the disciple of Guru Nilesh Singha of Shivoham Institute of Performing Arts. Shivoham has been established by accomplished Bharata Natyam exponents Guru Nilesh Singha and Mubina. Functioning for more than a decade, Shivoham has trained several aspirants in the field of Bharata Natyam and both Nilesh and Mubina have performed for several prestiigous festivals both in India and abroad.

Krisha Pandit revealed her passion for dance through her performance. After the invocatory numbers, Krisha performed the complex number "Bho Shambho" that incorporates Lord Shiva as the lord of creation, presevation and destruction. The scene of "Ganga Avartanam" was well enacted. The varied facets of the goddess was depicted in "Bhagyada Lakshmi Baramma". In the popular Meera Bhajan "Tum Bin Mere Kaun Khabar Le" the dancer portrays the devotion of Meera for Lord Krishna and says that the Lord is her sole protector and nobody else in her life. Incorporating the game of dice and Draupadi Vastraharanam, Krishna proved the point that she is a danseuse of potential and talent and can definitely aspire to do better. Krishna concluded with the beautiful and intricate Dhanasri Thillana.

Krisha recieved fine orchestral support from Guru Nilesh Singha on nattuvangam, Saumya for vocal, Venkatesh for mridangam and Satish Seshadiri for violin.
