Programme on unity held in Vikhroli

The Bombay Catholic Sabha (BCS), Vikhroli Unit, organised a programme 'Hum Sab Ek Hai' on Tuesday at St Joseph's Church hall, which included people from different faiths too.

The programme, which started with a BCS Anthem, followed by prayer dance by the children, choreographed by Jessy D'souza also included the Chief Guest Dolphy D'souza, former president, Bombay Catholic Sabha, Convener - Police Reforms Watch and Guest of honours Aileen Marques, Advocate of Bombay High Court, Father Elias D'Cunha, Manisha Rahate NCP Corporator, Prashant Das,  Jayant Dandekar, Abdul Ansari, Chetan Ahire, Social Reformer, Dinesh Shetty Social Activist, Samir Zaveri Railway RTI Activist and founder of 108 Ambulance, Radhe Sharma RTI specialist, Stanley D'Souza , Joseph Jacob, Vice Chairperson Infant Jesus Church and other dignitaries.

Speakers and priests from  different religions were also present along with Brahma Kumari Nilim. All of them spoke regarding their respective religions and also conveyed the message to all, that unity is the need of the hour. The function ended by singing the national anthem.
