Haryana police officers arrived in the city early Tuesday morning to question staffers of the Ryan International School. They entered the school premises at around 11:30 am but refused to divulge any information regarding the investigation. The Haryana police did not even inform their local counterparts, leaving them clueless about their visit to the city. According to police sources, they are trying to ascertain if an internal staff member, hired in Mumbai and later transferred there, was involved in the crime. Recruitment takes place at the Mumbai Headquarters and so all records would be available in the office. The Gurgaon Police have already arrested two top officials of the Ryan International School and detained the acting Principal for questioning. Meanwhile, the victim's father has moved the Supreme Court seeking a CBI probe. School bus conductor Ashok Kumar allegedly tried to sexually assault the class II student in a toilet and slit his throat with a knife when he resisted. He was arrested on Friday.
