Promoters of Cerebra Integrated Technologies increase shareholding

Cerebra Integrated Technologies Ltd having commissioned one of India’s largest state of art, fully automated, ultra modern, pollution free,  E-Waste Recycling facilities with a capacity of 96000 MT per annum, is an IT company engaged in the business of manufacturing high end electronic products, a systems integrator providing hardware and software solutions to Government and large corporates across the country.

The Promoters of the Company have been acquiring the shares through creeping acquisition at regular intervals and are now holding about 1.35 crore shares of the Company. The Promoters are still looking at increasing the shareholding through open market. The Company is also planning to announce shortly a share buy back of 50 lakh shares in the first stage upto a price of  Rs. 70/- .  

E-Waste is one of the biggest problems the country has been facing today and has been a major concern for the Indian Government. The Government of India has come out with stringent laws to stop this menace by formulating the E-Waste Handling Rules 2016 and more recently amending it in March 2018.

Cerebra engaged in Urban Mining where the waste electrical and electronic equipment’s (WEEE) and recover Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium, Iron, Steel, Copper and Aluminum from it.

With the Government support very soon which will encourage  entire market being handled by organized players only, whereby Cerebra will gain with turnover and profits increasing substantially.

The Company has been performing well with excellent results for FY 2017-18 wherein the turnover increased from Rs. 6,004 lakh in the 2nd quarter to Rs. 8,911 lakh and EBITDA increased from Rs. 714 lakh in the 2nd quarter to Rs. 1,300 lakh in 3rd quarter.
