Does an insurance company extend a NCB discount on Family Floater Health plans if there has been no claim made during the policy year by the majority members and a single claim by a member?

In Family Floater Health policies , the floating sum insured is provided for all the family members. Hence if any claim made by any insured member under the policy a No Claim Bonus (NCB) will not be extended.
