Accentiv eyes 25% growth in customer loyalty market in India

Accentiv' India, a subsidiary brand of Edenred - the inventor of Ticket Restaurant meal vouchers is looking at 25-30% plus growth in the country's Rs 8,500 crore customer loyalty market (CRM) in the next three years period.

"Following the government's digitalisation programme, we see faster growth and are looking at growing by 25-30% in Rs 8,500 crore of customer loyalty market in the country," sain M S Ashok, COO, Accentiv. "To garner large share in customer loyalty market in India, we are bringing in a slew of digital platforms tested in the APAC market including SAAS based CRM platform called Fides, Ticketxpress - which is a digital voucher delivery platform to deliver digital coupons and rewards for brands on the mobile and a unique CRM solution for medium and small retailers," said Johann Suchon Edenred China, South East Asia & Global Rewards Managing Director.

The CRM space in India is growing at a pace of 20% year-on-year over the last two years and Accentiv' India has been keeping pace with this growth over these years.

"We are confident that our strategy of robust technology platforms and SoLoMo (Social, Local, Mobile) strategy for clients will enable us to garner a big chunk of the Rs 8,500 crore customer loyalty market in India in the next 3 years," Ashok said.  

Accentiv will particularly focus on offering unique solutions to the retailers in the middle and small categories by providing simple, easy to use mobile solutions which will enable these small retailers to engage with their customers in a cost effective way. We intend to leverage synergy with our parent company, Edenred's affiliate network to penetrate this space, Ashok said.

It is also leveraging its SoLoMo (Social, Local and Mobile) strategy of providing tools that will enable CRM for brands on the social media space including building content and engagement, Localisation of offers and redemption options for customers to build relevance and engagement and Mobile solutions for loyalty to leverage the penetration of smart phones and enabling brands to track ROI of campaigns and helping them ensure the reach of the communication to the end customer. Edenred a world leader in B2B prepaid services has entered the Indian market in 1997 with meal vouchers and cards, gift vouchers and rewards & loyalty solutions; and has become a major player providing services to corporate clients and public institutions.

It operates in 42 countries, with 6,300 employees.
